Good morning, TMDJ readers.
One of the things I enjoy about flying is having time to read, listen and watch content. On my recent trip to Anaheim, I downloaded a bunch of podcasts and stashed a couple of magazines in my backpack along with a journal to make note of things I want to remember, explore or share. I thoroughly enjoyed having several hours to immerse myself without distraction or “needing to do other things.”
That said, I didn’t bring my laptop and writing on a tablet/phone isn’t as conducive to blog posts, so there was less TMDJ content this week. Here’s a quick recap of the week’s posts and links:

Take Two: Your Two-Minute Time Out Today
Thought Starters for Things You can do in Two Minutes – a growing page on the Two Minutes Du Jour website: Nobody wants or needs more things to do, yet there are so many little things we can do that will have a big impact on our happiness and well-being. You have the power to infuse your day with joy, meaning, and purpose in just two minutes. Taking just two minutes can help you initiate or follow through on something that will make a positive difference for you and the people you care about. May your Sunday bring you happiness and good health.

No trip to the coast is complete without a few hours at the beach. I delighted in visiting Huntington Beach to walk on the sand, catch some sun and watch the surfers.
